4/52 Builder's Plate

Paul Wallace (NZ) has added a photo to the pool:

4/52 Builder's Plate

This weeks theme is Extreme Detail, this is the builder's plate on steam locomotive Ja1271 . Got up early and went through to Paekakariki to get some shots of this locomotive as it was going on an excursion to Whanganui. Unfortunately it must have been having an off day as it had a diesel locomotive (DC4692) attached to the front of it to pull the train. It was however steamed up and I mangaged to get this detail shot through the steam.
