I wish I had a decent autofocus-capable macro lens! This one took me dozens of tries to get right... luckily, my subject seemed rather willing to cooperate, as long as I didn't suddenly shove the camera into his face.
Nikon D5100 with Kiron 105/2.8 macro; post-processing in Aperture 3.
