This image was taken in Southwest Washington. The Mt you see is a volcano called Mt Hood. It is the highest point in Oregon state and is the fourth highest in the Cascade range at 11,240 feet. The image was taken in Washougal, WA on the Columbia River at an elevation of 300 feet above sea level.
