So one day this week I was doing a real estate shoot in Holland Park. I have been there before but not in this part of the suburb and the first thing I noticed when I pulled up was the nice city views from an angle I had not seen before. This excited me as I was able to incorporate it into my shoot and as everybody knows a great view can help sell a house.
Halfway through the shoot I saw these great dark clouds roll over the city. I had recently read a photography magazine all about B+W shots and I knew that it had to be done. So I quickly snapped a few and went back to work taking photos of the house. While editing in lightroom I knew it needed more punch so I downloaded a trial of Nik Silver Efex 2 and voila, beautiful B+W without any fuss.
