My wife suggested while in Death Valley that we visit the Artists Palette. It's a 8-mile one way road through the rocky terrain of the desert. It offers stunning colors splashed upon the sediment and rock.
When I first saw it, I was like wow! This is it! But, my wife was like nope! So, instead of arguing because she said she wasn't getting out of the car I kept driving. Eventually we made it to another area, but this time I felt it lacked color and wasn't the actual palette. I took some photos and hopped back into the car and that's when I saw this laid out upon me.
